A | ‘김사공시 연구단’ 최종 심사신규공무원 가이드북·청년결혼·천원주택 등 발굴경북 김천시 공무원들이 직접 현장을 뛰며 발굴한 생활밀착형 신규 시책 7건이 우수 과제로 선정됐다.김천시는 지난 24일 '2026년 김사공시 연구단' 최종 심사를 열고 최우수 1개, 우수 1개, 장려 2개, 노력 3개 등 모두 7개 우수 연구단을 선정했다고 밝혔다. 김천시, 2026년 시책발굴 우수연구단 선발 최우수팀 발표 사진[사진제공=김천시]'김천을 사랑하는 공무원 시책 연구단'이라는 뜻의 김사공시는 공무원들이 부서 구분 없이 4~6명씩 팀을 꾸려 지역 현안을 발굴하고 새로운 정책을 제안하는 김천시의 시책 연구 프로그램이다.올해는 24개 연구단이 참여해 2월부터 8월까지 현장 방문과 벤치마킹 등을 진행했다. 이 가운데 16개 연구단이 최종 심사에 올랐으며, 전문가 심사를 거쳐 7개 팀이 우수 연구단으로 선정됐다.최우수상을 받은 '김천기록공방'은 신규 공무원의 조직·지역사회 적응을 돕는 생활 가이드북을 제작해 호평을 받았다.우수상을 받은 '웨딩브릿지'는 청년 부부에게 매칭금을 지원하는 '청실홍실통장'을 제안해 결혼 비용 부담을 낮추고 청년층의 지역 정착을 유도하는 방안을 제시했다.이 밖에도 영농부산물 순환체계 구축, 김천형 천원주택, 문화유산 활용 홍보 등이 우수 시책으로 평가됐다.김천시는 선정된 연구단에 해외연수와 포상금 등을 제공해 공직자들의 정책 연구와 적극행정을 독려할 계획이다.배낙호 김천시장은 "부서의 경계를 넘어 현장에서 시민에게 필요한 정책을 고민했다는 점에서 의미가 크다"며 "앞으로도 협업과 현장 중심의 시책 발굴을 통해 시민이 체감하는 행정을 만들어가겠다"고 말했다.공무원이 직접 현장을 찾아 시민의 삶에 필요한 정책을 발굴했다는 점에서 '김사공시 연구단'이 적극행정의 실질적인 창구로 자리 잡고 있다.。 Atrribute it to Prabhas’ star power!
